This form allows current users to update and maintain their Chemistry Stockroom account information. Accurate account details are essential to ensure proper billing, order processing, and uninterrupted access to Stockroom services.

Users may update personal information, revise Principal Investigator (PI) associations, and add or remove funding sources, including Fund/Org/Task combinations or Chart of Accounts (COA). All requests will be reviewed and processed by the Chemistry Stockroom team to ensure compliance with university financial and operational requirements.
